Katherine brings more than 20 years of human resource executive leadership experience with privately held and publicly traded, multi-state small, medium and large companies in the staffing, retail, manufacturing, non-profit, construction, and banking industries. Katherine is passionate about developing relationships and helping leaders and employees improve communication, engagement and the employee experience; solve problems; develop and improve processes; optimize systems; attract, develop and retain talent; and by doing so, fully contributing to the success and growth of the companies she serves. She holds an AS in Business from Grand Rapids Community College, a BS in Business from Central Michigan University, an MBA from Michigan State University, SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, certificate of completion of the Graduate School of Banking for Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin Madison and is a Certified Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant. She currently serves as the Vice President of the board for Montcalm Area Human Resources Association.
